Click to enlargeRaw Alaska Wildflower Honey 1 lb.

This wonderful Alaskan honey is collected in the vast fields of fireweed near Delta Alaska. Though it is anywhere from 80-100% fireweed content, the beekeeper calls it "Alaskan wildflower honey, as opposed to Alaskan fireweed honey, as you cannot guarantee 100% purity. Some "fireweed honey" is made by boiling fireweed blossoms and adding sugar to thicken. THIS ALASKAN HONEY IS TRUE RAW ALASKAN FIREWEED HONEY, produced by bees - the real thing. It's incredible light but intensely floral flavor is incomparable. We also use this honey in combination with our pure birch syrup in our Wild Alaska Birched Honey. You honey lovers - give them both a try! Comes in a convenient squeeze top plastic container. Supplies are limited this year.
